ASCNet
ASCNet is a public-facing archive that can be utilized to track individual course and program submissions as they go through the curricular process. Requests are only uploaded to ASCNet when they assigned for review by an individual subcommittee. This resource is updated manually by the staff in ASC Curriculum and Assessment Services, so there may be a slight delay between final approval and it being showcased within the site.
CourseLeaf/CIM
CourseLeaf/Curriculum Inventory Management (CIM) is the university's workflow system for proposing, revising, and approving courses. Access is limited to designated faculty and staff within each unit. Units may use CourseLeaf to submit new and existing course proposals for committee review. As of August 2026, only course proposals may be submitted through CourseLeaf. New program proposals, and course requests initiated before August 5, 2026, should be submitted through curriculum.osu.edu.

Access to curriculum.osu.edu, like CourseLeaf/CIM, is limited to designated faculty and staff within a department or unit. For course proposals initiated on or after August 6, 2026, please log in to CourseLeaf. For program proposals and any course proposals submitted before August 6, 2026, please continue to use curriculum.osu.edu.

Arts and Sciences Curriculum Committee and Subcommittee Membership
This roster, housed on ASCNet, details the membership of the Arts and Sciences Curriculum Committee and its Subcommittees. Information about membership for a specific Committee or Subcommittee can be found by selecting "roster".
