Bernadette earned her Ph.D. in English literature at Ohio State, her M.A. in English literature at the University of Louisiana, and her B.A. in translation at the Institut Libre Marie Haps in Brussels, Belgium. Bernadette has 14-years experience teaching courses in English literature, English composition, and French language. She has also worked as a translator. She has extensive experience in curriculum development and program management. Her interests also include researching the medieval English writer John Lydgate.
